What is Resumin?
Resumin is an AI-powered document analysis platform that helps you quickly understand and summarize PDF documents. Upload any PDF and receive instant insights, summaries, and key information extraction.
What file formats are supported?
Currently, Resumin supports PDF files only. We focus on PDF to ensure the highest quality text extraction and analysis.
How does the credit system work?
Each document analysis costs credits based on the number of pages. New users receive 3 free credits upon registration. Additional credits can be purchased through our billing page.
How accurate are the AI summaries?
Our AI models provide high-quality summaries, but like all AI systems, they may occasionally make errors. We recommend reviewing AI-generated content for critical decisions.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Your documents are processed securely and are only accessible to you. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
Can I delete my documents?
Yes. You can delete any document from your dashboard at any time. Deleted documents are permanently removed from our systems.
Do you use my documents to train AI models?
No. Your documents are used solely to provide you with analysis results. We do not use customer documents to train or improve our AI models.
What happens to unused credits?
Credits do not expire as long as your account is active. You can use them whenever you need to analyze documents.
