At Resumin, we strive to ensure our AI document analysis platform meets your expectations. However, due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate consumption of AI processing credits, our refund policy has specific limitations clearly outlined below.

2. Credit Purchases

  • All purchases of Resumin credits are generally final and non-refundable once the transaction is completed.
  • Credits do not expire, so you can keep them in your account indefinitely for future document analyses.

3. Failed Processing Exceptions

We understand that technology isn't perfect. If our system fails to process your document due to a technical error on our end:

  • Automatic Re-crediting: Our system is designed to automatically refund the spent credit back to your account balance if an analysis fails completely.
  • Manual Review: If a document error occurs and the credit is not automatically returned, please contact our support team. We will investigate the issue and issue replacement credits if the failure was due to our platform's error.

4. Accidental Purchases & Fraud

If you believe a purchase was made fraudulently or accidentally, please contact us immediately. We review these requests on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a review of an accidental purchase, you must contact us within 14 days of the transaction, and no credits from the purchased package must have been used.

5. Quality of AI Outputs

Because AI analysis heavily depends on the quality, format, and legibility of the source document you upload, we cannot offer refunds based solely on dissatisfaction with the AI's inferences or summaries. We provide free initial credits upon signup exactly for this reason—so you can test the quality of our engine before making a purchase.
